ZINFI
Unified Partner Management, a platform of roughly two dozen modules covering onboarding, enablement, channel marketing, sales and incentives.
Facts checked against primary sources on 6 August 2026.

ZINFI Technologies sells Unified Partner Management, a partner platform assembled from roughly two dozen modules that span the partner lifecycle. The modules are grouped into six stages. Onboard covers partner records, program setup, contracts with e-signature, and joint business planning. Enable covers a content and video library, SCORM-compliant training, and co-branded asset generation. Market covers co-brandable email, social syndication, microsites and event landing pages. Sell covers referral and deal registration, co-selling and configure-price-quote. Incentivize covers commissions, MDF, rebates and partner payments. Accelerate adds a partner community, a marketplace, support ticketing and mobile access.
What separates it from other PRMs
Scope relative to size. ZINFI is a small, privately held company, yet its module list runs wider than the platforms of vendors many times its size. CPQ, a partner marketplace, a community forum, SCORM learning and partner payouts all sit inside the same product line rather than being handed to integrations. For a team that wants one supplier across marketing, sales and incentives, that is the draw.
The administration layer is built to keep IT out of the way. Portal pages are assembled with a drag-and-drop CMS, business processes with a no-code workflow builder, and visibility rules are set per partner record and partner tier. Connectors are configured through a setup wizard rather than a services engagement. The company describes this as an admin-run platform and quotes a 90-day deployment.
The trade-off follows from the same fact. Breadth built by a small engineering team is not the same as depth. A buyer replacing a dedicated LMS, a dedicated CPQ or a dedicated incentives platform should test that specific module against what they already run rather than assume parity. Ask for a working demonstration of the two or three modules that carry the most weight, not a tour of all twenty-four.
Who it fits
Mid-market and enterprise technology and manufacturing companies that want a single platform across the partner lifecycle and prefer configuration to engineering. Customers the company names include Schneider Electric, Epson, GE Healthcare, Informatica, Ingram Micro, NetScout, Cornerstone, Fivetran, Hyster-Yale, DeLaval, Christie and PCCW Global.
Ownership and company background
Founded in 2007 by Sugata Sanyal, who is still Founder and CEO. The company is privately held, lists no outside investors, and has announced no funding rounds. Headquarters are at 6200 Stoneridge Mall Road in Pleasanton, California.
Published headcount figures disagree widely, so treat any single number for company size with caution. This matters more here than for most vendors, because the platform is broad and support capacity is a reasonable thing to ask about during evaluation.
Pricing
ZINFI publishes a pricing page that lays out three packages, Starter, Professional and Enterprise, against the full module grid. No figures appear on it, and the page routes to a sales contact form. The tier names are the only public detail.
Integrations
Named connectors include Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics and SugarCRM, alongside ERP and LMS systems. Single sign-on is supported through SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0, in both identity-provider and service-provider initiated flows, and ZINFI can act as the identity provider for downstream applications. Field mapping, duplicate validation and sync logs are handled in the same module.
