360insights overview

360insights runs channel incentive programs for brands that sell through dealers, distributors and resellers. The platform covers B2B rebates, MDF and co-op fund management, SPIFFs, consumer promotions and cashback, loyalty and rewards, and communication of approved pricing and promotions to partners. The product is organised as three suites: Experience, which is the partner-facing portal, Incentives, which is the program types above, and Services, which is the work around the software including creative production, program operations and analytics.

What separates it from other platforms here

It moves the money. Most partner software records an incentive and hands the payout to accounts payable. 360insights is built around the payout itself, including claims validation, cross-border payment, prepaid cards, merchandise and reward fulfilment. The company says it can pay incentives and fulfil rewards in more than 160 countries. A brand running consumer cashback alongside partner SPIFFs can use one supplier for both, which is unusual.

The second difference is the services arm. Alongside the software, the company sells program design, creative production and day-to-day program operations. That suits brands whose channel marketing team is small relative to the number of programs they run.

The trade-off is where the platform started. The partner portal arrived through the acquisition of Webinfinity rather than being the original product, and the centre of gravity is still funds and incentives rather than deal registration and pipeline. Forrester included 360insights in its Partner Relationship Management Platforms Landscape for Q4 2025, and the company reports its strengths there as funding and incentives management, marketing and demand management, and growth planning. That is a fair description of both what it is good at and what it is not built around.

Who it fits

Global brands with dealer, distributor or reseller networks, particularly in consumer electronics, appliances, automotive and tyres, alongside technology vendors with large channel programs. Customers the company names include Samsung, Panasonic, Electrolux, Polaris International, ServiceNow, Extreme Networks, Qlik, Matillion, Fisher & Paykel, CooperVision, Danby Appliances, tado° and Stapleton's Tyre Services.

Ownership and company background

Founded in 2008 by Jason Atkins, who is still CEO, and originally named 360incentives. Sageview Capital led a US$30 million growth round in 2016, joined by OMERS Ventures, Klass Capital, Leaders Fund and Export Development Canada. The company currently lists Intercap, Klass Capital, Leaders Fund and Sageview Capital as its backers.

360insights is an acquirer rather than a target. It has bought Ohana Companies, channelcentral.net, CR Worldwide, Webinfinity and HMI Performance Incentives, which it acquired in January 2024. Crunchbase records eleven acquisitions in total. Anyone comparing this platform against a single-product vendor should ask which acquired components have been merged into the main platform and which still run separately.

Pricing

Not published. There is no pricing page, and the site routes every path to a sales conversation.

Integrations

The company does not publish an integration catalogue. Named alliances include Crossbeam and Mindmatrix. Buyers with a specific system in mind should ask during evaluation rather than assume a connector exists.
