Suger
Cloud marketplace automation for software vendors selling through AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, covering listings, private offers, metering and payouts.
Facts checked against primary sources on 6 August 2026.

Suger automates the mechanics of selling through cloud marketplaces. For a software vendor listing on AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Alibaba Cloud, it handles listing management, private offers, usage metering and billing, co-sell workflows, and synchronisation back into the CRM, so marketplace transactions appear alongside direct ones. The company positions setup as taking five to ten business days without engineering work.
What separates it from other marketplace tools
It absorbs the per-marketplace engineering. Each cloud marketplace has its own APIs, its own private offer mechanics, its own metering requirements and its own billing reconciliation. A vendor selling on three of them is maintaining three integrations that have nothing to do with its actual product. Suger's proposition is that this is undifferentiated work and should be bought rather than built, which is a straightforward argument for a company where marketplace revenue matters but marketplace plumbing is not a competitive advantage.
Metering is the piece that separates serious marketplace tooling from listing management. Usage-based products have to report consumption accurately to the marketplace to get paid correctly, and getting that wrong means revenue leakage or customer disputes. A vendor evaluating this category should press hardest on metering rather than on how quickly a listing goes live.
The trade-off is that Suger covers the transaction layer, not the demand. It will not help you get chosen on a marketplace or build the co-sell relationships that drive marketplace revenue. Those remain the partner team's job.
Who it fits
Software vendors, particularly usage-based and infrastructure products, with meaningful revenue flowing through cloud marketplaces or customers wanting to spend down committed cloud budget. Companies with a single listing and low volume can manage directly through the marketplace consoles.
Ownership and company background
Founded in 2022 and seed funded, having gone through Y Combinator in the 2023 batch. The Y Combinator association is a useful dating signal but says nothing about current scale, and no more recent funding could be confirmed in this pass.
