Clazar
Cloud marketplace and co-sell platform with published prices, covering AWS, Microsoft and Google listings, private offers and CRM sync.
Facts checked against primary sources on 6 August 2026.
Clazar manages selling through the AWS, Microsoft and Google cloud marketplaces: creating and updating listings, issuing private offers and reseller offers, registering co-sell opportunities with the cloud providers, and pushing all of that back into the CRM so marketplace deals appear in the same pipeline as direct ones.
What separates it from other marketplace tools
It publishes its prices, including what each tier allows in private offers, co-sell opportunities and marketplaces. In a category where nearly every vendor requires a demo before naming a number, that alone changes how a first evaluation goes: a team can size the cost of a marketplace motion before booking a call.
The packaging is also unusually explicit about volume. Plans are drawn against counts of accepted private offers and co-sell opportunities per year, so the meter is the activity a marketplace program produces rather than the seats using the tool.
The trade-off is scale of coverage on the lower tiers. The entry plans include one cloud marketplace, and adding another is a paid add-on, so a vendor already selling across all three clouds will land in Enterprise, where pricing goes back to being negotiated.
Who it fits
Software companies starting or scaling a cloud marketplace motion, particularly those beginning on a single hyperscaler and wanting a predictable cost as volume grows.
Ownership and company background
Clazar was founded in 2023 and is based in San Francisco. It raised a $10 million Series A led by Ridge Ventures and Ensemble VC announced on 18 April 2024, bringing disclosed funding to $14 million. Series A is the last confirmed stage, and no acquisition or merger was found in this review. This is a young company in a category where a larger competitor was acquired in the same period, so ownership is worth rechecking before a multi-year commitment.
Pricing
Published for annual contracts, and checked on 6 August 2026. QuickStart is $799 per month for one cloud marketplace and 10 accepted private offers a year. Growth is $1,499 per month for one marketplace, 50 private offers, 50 reseller offers, one co-sell integration, 200 co-sell opportunities a year and a CRM integration. Enterprise is custom and covers all three clouds with unlimited offers. Add-ons are priced separately: $6,000 for an additional marketplace integration, $6,000 for an additional co-sell integration and $3,000 for an extra listing. The site also notes a first-year credit program for eligible vendors, subject to qualification.
Integrations
