PartnerPortal.io
PRM with a genuinely free tier and no feature gating. Every plan ships the whole platform, and price scales only on partner and lead volume.
Facts checked against primary sources on 6 August 2026.

PartnerPortal.io is a partner relationship management platform aimed at teams that want a working partner portal without an implementation project. It covers partner registration and approval, reward tiers, partner groups and segments, lead and deal registration with duplicate detection and approval locking, two-way CRM sync, a resource and documentation hub with per-group access rules, announcements by portal and email, a built-in LMS for courses and completion tracking, real-time revenue tracking and commission management. A branded portal can be created in about a minute without a credit card.
What separates it from other PRMs
The commercial model. Every plan, including the free one, ships the entire feature set. There are no per-seat charges, no add-ons and no feature tiers. The only thing that scales is usage, measured in partners and leads. In a category where capability is routinely gated behind an enterprise tier and price is routinely hidden, publishing all three plans and refusing to gate features is a real difference.
The free tier is a genuine plan rather than a time-limited trial, capped at five partners, ten leads, ten resources and one team member. That makes it practical to run a small program at no cost and to test the product with real partners before committing.
The second difference is breadth of native CRM support. Alongside HubSpot and Salesforce, the platform syncs natively with Pipedrive, Zoho and Attio, which is wider coverage than most competitors offer without middleware.
The trade-off is depth. This is not a platform for MDF administration, through-channel marketing execution, distributor tiering or certification-gated entitlements. It is deliberately a portal, deal flow and payout tool, and a large channel organisation will outgrow it.
