Partner Foundations overview

Partner Foundations is a partner management application that runs inside Salesforce rather than beside it. It covers multi-partner attribution with several attribution models, deal registration without a partner portal, partner contract management tied to payments and benefits, partner program modelling that compares performance and closure rates across programs, referral payment calculation, and scorecarding that tracks which account executives engage with which partners.

What separates it from other PRMs

Where the data lives. A standard PRM holds partner records in its own database and syncs a subset into the CRM, which means partner reporting sits in a second system and has to be reconciled with revenue reporting. Partner Foundations puts partner data on Salesforce objects from the start, so partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue can be reported next to direct revenue using the same reports and dashboards a revenue leader already trusts. For a company where Salesforce is unambiguously the system of record, that removes an argument about whose numbers are right.

The second point is the deliberate absence of a portal. The company argues that portals have a purpose but deal registration is not one of it, and offers registration paths that do not require partners to log in. That is a legitimate position, and it also means this product does not replace a partner portal. If partners need a content hub, training or a self-service home, this is not that tool and would need to sit alongside one.

The dependency is the real constraint. The app requires Sales Cloud Enterprise Edition or higher and at least one Salesforce Partner Community licence. Those licences carry their own cost, so the published price is not the total price. The company says it often subsidises the Partner Community licence and suggests checking for coupons at checkout, which is worth asking about directly.

Who it fits

Salesforce-standardised revenue organisations that want defensible partner attribution in front of a CFO or board, and that are willing to run enablement elsewhere. Small partnership teams inside larger Salesforce estates are the natural fit. Companies not on Salesforce cannot use it at all.

Ownership and company background

Founded in 2023 and based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The company is small and privately held, and no funding rounds have been announced publicly.

Pricing

Published and checked on 6 August 2026. Small Teams is US$125 per user per month, covering up to 5 partner team users and up to 100 sales team users, billed monthly by card. Established Teams is US$1,000 per organisation per month with unlimited partner and sales users, priority support, invoiced payment options and early access to newer features. Both tiers include multi-partner attribution, contract management, portal-less deal registration and referral payment calculation.
