Kiflo
Bootstrapped PRM that puts account mapping underneath the partner program, so partners are recruited and activated against target accounts. Price published.
Facts checked against primary sources on 6 August 2026.

Kiflo is a partner platform for B2B software companies, organised around five connected parts: partner management, account mapping, co-selling, revenue tracking and commission automation. It covers partner applications and onboarding, a partner portal with asset permissions and certifications, lead and deal registration with channel conflict detection, referral links, partner business plans, dashboards, and automatic reward calculation with self-invoicing and payouts.
What separates it from other PRMs
Account mapping sits underneath rather than beside the program. Most PRMs manage partner relationships and leave overlap analysis to a separate tool such as Crossbeam or Reveal. In Kiflo, the overlap between your target accounts and your partners' customers drives the workflow: you recruit partners that overlap with accounts you want to win, then for each live opportunity you can see which partner could open the door and request an introduction. Partner activity is pushed into HubSpot or Salesforce so sales acts on it from the CRM rather than logging into another tool.
The second difference is that Kiflo publishes a starting price, which most of this category does not.
The trade-off is ceiling. Kiflo is explicit that it targets teams building or scaling partner-led revenue rather than large channel organisations, and the feature set reflects that. There is no through-channel marketing execution, no MDF administration and no distributor tiering. If the program involves resellers with margin structures, co-op funds and certification-gated entitlements, this is the wrong shape of tool.
Who it fits
SaaS companies with referral, reseller and technology partnerships where the partner motion needs to reach the sales team's pipeline. Customers the company names include Bandwidth, Intershop, Trengo, Sendlane, Sellsy, Donorbox, Holded, Censornet, Cyberday and Surfe.
Ownership and company background
Founded in 2018 in Paris by Jerome Thievent and Steven Muhr. The company has raised no outside funding, according to two independent company databases, and remains privately held.
Pricing
Published in part, and checked on 6 August 2026. Core starts at US$399 a month for 25 partners, scaling with the number of active partners up to a cap of 50. Plus and Premier are quoted by sales and scale to unlimited partners. Annual billing saves 10 percent, and there are no cancellation fees. An active partner means a partner organisation with at least one user granted portal access, and each partner may have unlimited users, so the count is of organisations rather than seats. Core limits partner managers to three; Plus and Premier do not. All plans include 1,000 GB of asset storage.
Integrations
Native HubSpot and Salesforce sync. Native commission sync with Stripe and Chargebee. Zapier and a REST API for anything else. Enterprise single sign-on is limited to the Premier tier.
