Channeltivity
Independent PRM covering the standard channel program modules, with a CRM edition that syncs deals and partners into Salesforce or HubSpot.
Facts checked against primary sources on 4 September 2026.
Channeltivity is a partner relationship management platform for technology channel programs. It covers the standard set: partner recruitment and onboarding, a partner portal, deal registration, lead distribution, channel marketing, partner training and reporting on program performance. Editions differ mainly by which CRM the data flows into.
What separates it from other PRMs
Independence and focus, in a category that has consolidated heavily. Several established PRMs have been acquired or merged into larger platforms in recent years, which changes roadmaps and support. Channeltivity calls itself an independent venture, and the product stays focused on the mechanics of dealer, distributor and reseller programs.
The CRM editions are the second difference. Rather than treating CRM sync as a connector, the vendor packages editions around Salesforce or HubSpot, so partner records, deals and registrations live in the CRM the sales team already uses.
The product is built for dealer, distributor and partner networks, with a referrals and commissions module for referral partners. The pricing tiers cover programs of around 100 partners (Growth), hundreds of partners (Mid-Market) and thousands of partners (Enterprise). Public case studies include InFocus with over 3,000 partners and Recorded Future with a partner ecosystem of more than 400.
Who it fits
Technology companies with a defined reseller or referral channel, from a first program of about a hundred partners up to established international programs. Named customers include Vectra, Recorded Future, Blue Prism, Samsung, Equifax and Telestream.
Ownership and company background
The operating company is Channeltivity, LLC, based at 301 East John Street in Matthews, North Carolina. The founding year is not settled: the company page says its team has served technology companies since 2003, while LinkedIn lists 2007 and gives Charlotte rather than Matthews as the location. The vendor describes the business as an independent venture, and no funding round, acquisition or merger was found in this review.
Pricing
Not published. The vendor states that partner programs do not fit seat-based pricing and quotes each program against its structure and scale, with tiers named Growth, Mid-Market and Enterprise. Third-party sites carry older vendor-supplied figures, but since the vendor no longer publishes numbers those should be treated as unconfirmed.
Integrations
Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Zoho, SAP, Okta, Slack, Stripe, Zapier and Crossbeam.
