WorkRamp builds and delivers training to audiences outside a company as well as inside it. Its Customer Learning product covers branded academies, courses, certifications and reporting, and names partner enablement as one of its uses alongside customer education. Certifications can be published to a learner's LinkedIn profile, courses can be embedded in a product, and academies can be sold through built-in e-commerce.

What separates it from other enablement tools

Presentation and reach. The academies are designed to look like part of the vendor's own brand rather than a training system a partner logs into reluctantly, with SEO-friendly public pages and product embedding. For a partner program, that matters more than it sounds: partner staff are not employees, nobody can compel them to finish a course, and how the training is presented affects whether it is finished at all.

The trade-off is the same as with any learning platform in this category. It manages learning, not partners. Deal registration, lead distribution and commissions belong elsewhere, and the training data needs connecting to the PRM for partner readiness to be visible next to partner performance.

Who it fits

Companies running customer education that also need partner training, and teams that want partner-facing academies to be public and branded rather than gated behind a portal login. Named customers include Canva, Sprout Social, Reddit and Box.

Ownership and company background

WorkRamp was founded in 2015 in San Francisco. Learning Pool acquired it on 15 October 2025, and said WorkRamp would continue as a core product in its portfolio, with integration planning underway. Learning Pool reports more than 340 employees; a standalone WorkRamp headcount after the acquisition was not found. Because the acquirer stated integration plans rather than a standalone roadmap, ask where the product sits in Learning Pool's line-up before a long commitment.

Pricing

Not published. The Customer Learning Professional and Enterprise plans both require a sales conversation.

Integrations

The product pages describe enterprise integrations with HR and sales systems, single sign-on and API access, but do not publish a named connector list. Confirm the specific connections you need during evaluation.
