Highspot
Enterprise sales enablement platform. Used for partner enablement by giving channel sellers the same content, training and coaching as direct teams.
Facts checked against primary sources on 6 August 2026.

Highspot is a sales enablement platform, and it is worth being clear that partner enablement is a use case rather than its purpose. The platform manages sales content with governance and analytics on what actually gets used, delivers training and coaching with AI-generated feedback on rep skills, and turns live deal signals into recommended next steps for sellers. Vendors with channel programs extend the same platform to partner sellers, so a partner rep works from the current, approved content and the same plays as an internal rep.
What separates it from partner-specific enablement tools
Depth of the enablement itself, and the fact that it is one system for both audiences. A dedicated partner enablement tool understands partner structures, tiers and entitlements but usually offers a thinner content and coaching experience. Highspot inverts that: the content governance, usage analytics and coaching are built for a demanding internal sales organisation, and partners inherit them. For a company whose partners sell a complex product and need to be as good as the direct team, that quality difference is the argument.
The consequence is the limitation. Highspot has no concept of deal registration, partner tiering, MDF or commissions. It handles the enablement layer of a partner program and nothing else, so it sits alongside a PRM rather than replacing any part of one. It is also priced and scoped as an enterprise platform, which makes it hard to justify for partner enablement alone. In practice it is chosen by companies that already run it for direct sales and extend it outward, not by partner teams buying it fresh.
