TIDWIT overview

TIDWIT is a partner ecosystem enablement platform built around distributing learning and content between organisations. It covers partner recruitment, enablement, evaluation, co-selling, support, unified access to partner tools, communication across several channels, and analytics on ecosystem performance, with AI automation applied across those steps.

What separates it from other enablement tools

Content crossing company boundaries. A conventional learning platform serves one company's people. The problem in a partner ecosystem is different: a vendor's training needs to reach people who work for other companies, who already have their own systems, and who may be enabled by three vendors at once. TIDWIT is designed for that many-to-many exchange rather than for a single vendor pushing courses into a single portal.

That focus fits the customer profile. The organisations named are the largest technology and services companies, where the partner is often itself a global business with its own enablement infrastructure: AWS, Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, HCL, Vodafone, Telstra and CenturyLink. Enabling partners of that size is a different exercise from enabling a long tail of small resellers.

The communication side is unusually broad, covering web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, email and SMS, which matters for partner ecosystems spanning regions where WhatsApp is the default business channel rather than email.

The trade-off is that enterprise ecosystem exchange is a heavier proposition than a training portal, and the value depends on partners on the other side participating. A mid-sized vendor enabling small partners will find the model larger than the problem.

Who it fits

Large technology vendors and global services organisations with partner ecosystems complex enough that content and learning must move between separate enablement systems rather than living in one portal.

Ownership and company background
