Tapfiliate
Affiliate, referral and influencer tracking used by both e-commerce and subscription businesses. Part of the Mitgo group since 2021.
Facts checked against primary sources on 6 August 2026.
Tapfiliate creates and tracks affiliate, referral and influencer programs. It issues tracked links and coupon codes, records clicks and conversions, applies commission rules, hosts the assets affiliates use, and pays them. It serves both e-commerce and subscription businesses, which is unusual in a market where most tools pick one.
What separates it from other affiliate tools
The dual audience. Tapfiliate's connector list starts with Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and Magento, and it supports the coupon-code tracking that retail programs depend on. It also supports the subscription mechanics a software program needs: recurring and lifetime commissions, customer identifiers passed from the billing system, and long-term tracking of a customer's status rather than only the first order.
That breadth is the reason to consider it and the reason to be careful. A B2B software company gets a proven tracking engine, but the product is not organised around CRM opportunities the way B2B-only tools are, so partner-sourced pipeline reporting inside a CRM is not what this is for.
Who it fits
Companies running a volume affiliate or influencer program where the purchase is self-serve, including software companies that also sell through a storefront. Teams whose deals close through a sales process rather than a checkout will find the attribution model a poor match.
Ownership and company background
Tapfiliate was founded in 2014 and is based in Amsterdam. Admitad acquired it in early 2021, announcing the deal on 1 March 2021 and saying the brand and management would continue. Admitad's entities were later reorganised under a parent holding company called Mitgo, and Tapfiliate's own site now describes the product as part of Mitgo's ecosystem. Headcount reporting is inconsistent across public sources, ranging from about seven people to the low teens, so treat this as a small team inside a larger group rather than a large standalone vendor.
Pricing
Published, and checked on 6 August 2026. Launch is $89 per month or $890 per year with a 7-day trial, Scale is $179 per month or $1,790 per year with a 14-day trial, and Enterprise is custom with a 30-day trial. Launch caps a program at one program, 50 affiliates, 5,000 clicks and 500 conversions a month. Scale removes the affiliate and program caps, raises the volume limits to 100,000 clicks and 10,000 conversions, and adds automated payouts through Trolley, deeplinks and multi-level commissions. White labelling is on Enterprise only.
Integrations
Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Stripe and Zapier lead a list of about 30 pre-built connectors, with a REST API and JavaScript tracking for anything else.
