Prismatic
Embedded iPaaS for B2B software teams, covering the whole integration lifecycle from building to deploying, monitoring and supporting.
Facts checked against primary sources on 6 August 2026.
Prismatic is integration infrastructure a B2B software company puts inside its own product. It covers building an integration, deploying a separate instance of it for each customer, and then running and supporting it: a connector catalogue, an integration designer, an embedded marketplace where customers turn integrations on, managed authentication, logging and alerting.
Why it is in a partner tech directory
Technology partnerships are delivered as integrations. Signing an integration partner is quick, but building and maintaining the connection is where those programs stall, so the platform underneath is partner infrastructure even though the buyer is usually a product or engineering leader.
What separates it from other embedded platforms
It serves two audiences on the same integration. Developers can work in code with their own tooling and version control, while support and services staff can configure, deploy and troubleshoot customer instances through a visual interface. Most competitors pick one of those audiences, which either blocks engineers behind a builder or leaves every customer-specific change with engineering.
The support side is the practical differentiator. Once an integration is live for hundreds of customers, most of the work is diagnosing one customer's broken connection, and Prismatic is organised around per-customer instances with their own logs and configuration.
The trade-off is that this is a full platform with a platform's commitment. A team with two integrations and no plan for more will find it heavier than a unified API or a hand-built connector.
Who it fits
B2B software companies whose customers keep asking for integrations faster than engineering can deliver them, particularly those supporting on-premises or private-cloud customers, since the platform covers on-premises connectivity, private hosting and GovCloud on its higher tiers.
Ownership and company background
Michael Zuercher, Beth Harwood and Justin Hipple founded Prismatic in 2019 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, after Zuercher's previous public safety software company spent more than half its engineering capacity on customer integrations. The company works remotely, with part of the team in Sioux Falls. It raised a $22 million Series B led by Five Elms Capital announced on 17 January 2024, and states $34 million raised in total. Series B is the last confirmed stage, and no acquisition or merger was found in this review.
Pricing
Not published. Scale, Enterprise and Custom all require a sales conversation. The vendor describes Scale as volume per-instance pricing with unlimited integrations and customers, so the meter is the number of deployed customer instances rather than seats.
Integrations
A connector catalogue covering common SaaS applications, a custom connector SDK for anything missing, and an MCP server for building integrations with AI assistants.
