Paragon
Embedded integration infrastructure. Software companies use it to ship native integrations under their own brand, now aimed squarely at AI products.
Facts checked against primary sources on 6 August 2026.

Paragon is embedded integration infrastructure. A software company uses it to offer native integrations to its own customers under its own brand, rather than asking them to wire things up in Zapier. It provides more than 130 pre-built connectors, managed authentication so end users connect their own accounts without the vendor handling token refresh, bidirectional data sync, event-driven workflow automation, and developer tooling for integration logic that does not fit a template. Deployment can be embedded and white-labelled, and the company offers airgapped deployment for customers with strict data requirements.
Why it is in a partner tech directory
Technology partnerships live or die on whether the integration actually ships. A partnerships team that has signed a dozen technology partners and cannot get engineering time to build the connectors has a dozen logos and no product. Embedded integration platforms exist to break that dependency, which makes them partner infrastructure even though they are sold to product and engineering.
What separates it from other embedded platforms
Its current focus. Paragon has repositioned around AI products, with the pitch built on data ingestion for retrieval, bidirectional sync, and letting AI agents take actions in third-party systems. The customer list has followed: AI21, Copy.ai, CrewAI, You.com and Crystal Knows sit alongside OpenPhone, Pipedrive and Appsmith. For a company building an AI product that needs to read and write across a customer's SaaS estate, that alignment is real. For a conventional B2B SaaS company just wanting native integrations, the product still does that job, but the marketing is no longer aimed at you.
The trade-off common to this whole category is dependency. Integrations are part of the product surface, and putting them on a third party's infrastructure is a durable commitment. Ask about data residency, uptime history and what migration would involve before committing.
Who it fits
Software companies, increasingly AI product companies, that need to offer many native integrations and would rather not build and maintain the authentication, sync, retry and monitoring layer themselves.
