Pandium overview

Pandium lets a B2B software company build, launch and run native integrations for its own customers without owning the infrastructure underneath them. It addresses three roles explicitly: product leaders who need integration requests fulfilled without holding up the roadmap, engineers who want control of the integration logic but not the hosting and maintenance, and partnership leaders who need integrations shipped quickly and want usage analytics once they are live. More recent additions pair AI code generation with that infrastructure.

Why it is in a partner tech directory

Technology partnerships fail at the integration. A partnerships team can sign partners faster than engineering can connect to them, and the resulting backlog is where technology partner programs stall. Tools in this category exist to remove that bottleneck, which makes them partner infrastructure even though the buyer is usually product or engineering.

What separates it from other embedded platforms

The division of labour. Most embedded integration platforms ask you to express integration logic in their visual builder, which is fast until the integration needs something the builder does not support. Pandium's position is that engineers should keep code-level control of the logic while it handles hosting, authentication, execution, retries and monitoring. That suits teams whose integrations have genuine complexity, and it means the integration is written in a language the team already knows rather than a proprietary abstraction.

The trade-off follows directly. Because the logic stays yours, you keep the work of writing and maintaining it. A team looking to hand integrations off entirely is buying the wrong shape of product. The AI code generation is aimed at reducing that cost, but the model is still engineer-led.

Who it fits

B2B software companies with an integration backlog and engineers available to work through it, particularly in commerce and operations where integrations tend to be data-heavy. Customers the company names include Gorgias, ShipBob, LeagueApps, Flowcode and Justuno, which reflects that commerce lean.

Ownership and company background

Founded in 2018 and based in New York. The company has raised seed funding, reported at around US$7 million in total. No acquisition or ownership change has been announced.

Integrations

Pandium does not sell a fixed connector catalogue in the way a traditional iPaaS does. The premise is that you build the integrations your product needs, on its infrastructure, so coverage is a function of what your team builds rather than what the vendor has pre-packaged.
