Superglue
Automation layer that sits on top of your CRM, PRM and account mapping tool, triggering partner and AE actions from deal events.
Facts checked against primary sources on 6 August 2026.

Superglue is an automation layer for partner programs rather than a system of record. It connects to the tools already in the stack, a CRM, a PRM, an account mapping platform, and Slack, then runs workflows triggered by events in them. A deal reaching a stage can notify the partner manager, prompt a pre-drafted email, or tell an account executive in Slack that a specific partner can help open or close the opportunity. More than 30 pre-built workflow blueprints cover onboarding, enablement, training, nurturing, check-ins, NPS, recognition, inactivity, portal adoption and co-selling.
What separates it from other partner tools
It targets the gap between systems rather than trying to replace one. The company's own framing is that account mapping tells you an overlap exists, the PRM stores the partner record, and email templates sit in a third place, so the partner manager ends up manually stitching them together. Superglue automates that connective work, and the setup is quick because it inherits data rather than owning it.
The second point is that it addresses account executives, not just partner managers. Getting AEs to follow a co-selling process is a well-known failure point, and pushing the prompt into Slack at the moment a deal needs it avoids asking reps to learn a separate process or log into a partner tool.
Two things to check. The company positions the product as working with or without a PRM, but the value is highest when there is real event data to trigger on, so a program with a thin CRM signal will get less from it. And the site still lists Reveal as a supported data source alongside Crossbeam. The Reveal platform was shut down on 1 June 2026 and merged into Crossbeam, so that reference is out of date, which is worth reading as a signal about how recently the marketing site has been maintained.
