Qollabi overview

Qollabi has changed direction, and anyone arriving from an older list should know that before evaluating it. The product began as a joint business planning and forecasting tool for B2B partner teams, and its customer logos still reflect that origin: Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Mirantis, Datacore and bpost. As of this review the site positions the product as a cross-sell and upsell copilot for insurance, aimed at brokers and agents rather than technology channel partners.

What it does now

The current product reads a customer's CRM, identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities across an existing client base, builds targeted lists from them, and automates tailored outreach campaigns. The company positions it against broker administration systems such as Brio and BrokerCloud, arguing that those manage data rather than surface opportunity or trigger timely client actions.

The underlying idea is continuous with the original one. Insurance brokers and agents are an indirect distribution channel, and the discipline being applied, structured planning against a book of business, is the same discipline Qollabi previously sold to technology partner teams. The company's work with Deloitte produced a study on why business planning predicts broker and agent success, which is the clearest statement of that continuity.

What that means for a partner tech buyer

If you are running a technology partner program and looking for joint business planning software, Qollabi is no longer positioned for you. The published use cases are financial services and telecoms distribution, and the homepage speaks to insurance brokers. It may still serve a general partner planning use case, but you would be buying against a roadmap now pointed at insurance, and you should ask directly whether the technology channel use case is still supported and staffed.

If you are in insurance distribution, the reverse applies, and the vendor's history running partner planning for enterprise technology channels is unusual background for that market.

Who it fits

Insurance groups and brokerages managing cross-sell across an agent or broker network. Named enterprise references include DELA in financial services and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in telecoms, and the logo list includes Baloise, bpost, Datacore and Mirantis.

Ownership and company background

Founded in 2019 and based in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Brussels. The company has raised seed funding and works with Deloitte on the market research behind the product. No acquisition or ownership change has been announced.

Pricing

Integrations
