PartnerScore overview

PartnerScore measures the health of partner relationships. It collects short, structured feedback directly from the people inside partner organisations, in sales, marketing and operations, and converts that into live scorecards shared by both sides, scores mapped to seven predictors of partnership success, and alerts that fire when trust, commitment or communication drop below a threshold. Partners contribute without an account or training, and the vendor and partner can both see the resulting dashboards.

What it is, and what it is not

This is not a partner relationship management platform. There is no partner portal, no deal registration, no content library, no MDF and no commission engine. PartnerScore does one job: it replaces the annual partner satisfaction survey and the account manager's gut feel with a continuous signal, and it flags relationships that are deteriorating before the revenue number shows it.

That narrowness is the point rather than a gap. Most partner tooling measures activity, which tells you what partners did, and revenue, which tells you what happened months ago. Neither tells you whether a partner is quietly disengaging. A tool built specifically on the partner's own reported experience is answering a question the rest of the stack does not.

The practical consequence is that PartnerScore is bought alongside a PRM, not instead of one. Anyone comparing it against Impartner or Unifyr on a feature grid is comparing the wrong things.

Who it fits

Enterprise channel organisations large enough that a channel chief cannot personally know how every partner feels, and where the cost of a large partner going quiet is material. The customers the company quotes are of that shape: Xerox, Jabra and FUJIFILM, each represented by a channel or distribution leader. A company with a handful of partners will learn the same things by talking to them.

Ownership and company background

Founded in 2022 and based in London. The company is privately held. No funding rounds, acquisitions or ownership changes have been announced publicly.

Pricing

Not published. There is no pricing page, and the site routes to a demo booking.

Integrations

The company says the platform integrates with existing systems but does not publish a named connector list, so confirm any specific CRM or PRM during evaluation rather than assuming coverage.

A note on the vendor's figures

One customer quote on the site claims US$300,000 in missed revenue was uncovered through the platform. That is a single attributed testimonial rather than a measured result across customers, and should be read as such.
