PartnerOptimizer
Partner discovery and intelligence. Profiles the B2B technology partner landscape so you can find and qualify partners before recruiting them.

PartnerOptimizer answers a question most partner software skips: which partners should you have in the first place. The platform, which the company calls PIPE, continuously profiles B2B technology companies from public signals and turns them into structured partner profiles covering technology expertise, certifications held, customer and industry focus, tech stacks, marketing maturity, and alignment to your brand and to your competitors. From that you can search and segment against an ideal partner profile, size the total addressable partner market, and keep an existing partner database honest as companies shift focus or go out of business.
What separates it from other platforms here
It operates before the PRM. A CRM or PRM stores the partners you already have; it does not tell you that a partner has quietly become a competitor's shop, that a better-fitting partner exists two states over, or that a partner in your database no longer trades. PartnerOptimizer is a data layer aimed squarely at those gaps, and the data hygiene use case matters more than it sounds: partners going dark without anyone noticing is a real source of customer attrition.
The second point is that it scores relevance rather than similarity. General company data providers can tell you which companies look alike; the argument here is that partnership fit depends on channel-specific signals such as competency, vendor loyalty and marketing readiness, which generic firmographic tools do not capture.
The constraint is that this is intelligence, not execution. There is no portal, no deal registration, no enablement and no payouts. It sits alongside a PRM, and the AI assistant on the site is explicit that it is not connected to the paid platform.
Who it fits
Enterprise partner and channel teams with recruitment targets and a large addressable partner landscape, particularly in security, cloud and infrastructure. Customers the company names include AWS, AT&T, HP, HubSpot, Workday, Dropbox, Udemy, Vanta, Drata, WatchGuard, eSentire, Huntress, Lansweeper, Kentik, Dataiku, MarketStar, 8x8 and insightsoftware.
Ownership and company background
Based in San Diego, California, and seed funded. The founding year is unclear: databases circulate 2022, but the company displays a Channel Partners Choice award from 2019 and channel tech stack placements from 2020, so it predates that date. The founding year has been left out of this listing rather than repeated without a source. PartnerOptimizer appears in the Canalys channels ecosystem landscape for 2022, 2023 and 2025, and won Innovation of the Year at the 2026 TechXcellence awards.
Pricing
Not published. Access to the platform requires a paid subscription, and the site routes to a demo request.
Integrations
No named connector catalogue is published. Since the product's value depends on comparing its profiles against your existing partner database, confirm how records are exported or synced into your CRM or PRM during evaluation.
A note on the vendor's figures
The homepage shows a 95 percent increase in year-on-year partner-sourced ARR and a 65 percent increase in partner-led deals, both marked as customer-reported. Two further counters render as zero, which appears to be a display fault rather than a claim.
