Crossbeam overview

Crossbeam compares your CRM records against your partners' and shows where they overlap: shared customers, shared prospects, and accounts where a partner is already inside a deal you are working. Both sides connect a data source, choose which segments to share, and see only the accounts that appear in both. Data sources include Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Snowflake, Pipedrive, Google Sheets and CSV uploads.

Beyond the mapping itself, the platform pushes overlap data to the people who act on it. Deal Navigator ranks open opportunities where a partner could help, Pipeline Generation finds prospects a partner already sells to, and Net New Accounts surfaces partner customers absent from your CRM entirely. Crossbeam Copilot puts the same data inside Salesforce, HubSpot, Chrome, Gong and Outreach, and there is a Slack app for shared partner channels.

What separates it

Two things. First, partners do not need a paid account for you to map with them: the free tier is genuinely usable, and paid tiers can extend full mapping visibility to partners who are still on it. That matters because account mapping only works if the other side shows up, and asking every partner to buy software is the usual reason programmes stall.

Second, the pricing is published, which is rare in this category.

Who it fits

Companies whose partners are also B2B software companies, where CRM-to-CRM overlap is the useful signal. Less relevant where partners are agencies or resellers without a CRM worth comparing, or where the programme's problem is running partner operations rather than finding shared accounts. For onboarding, enablement content, certification and payouts, this is not a PRM and does not try to be.

Ownership and company background

Crossbeam was founded in 2018 in Philadelphia by Bob Moore. It raised a Series C in 2021.

In an all-stock transaction announced on 25 June 2024, Crossbeam merged with Reveal, the Paris-based partner ecosystem platform. The two were the largest independent players in account mapping, and the merged company kept the Crossbeam name and both offices. Reveal's platform and reveal.co were decommissioned on 1 June and its customers moved onto Crossbeam. Anyone who used Reveal, or who finds it recommended in older comparison articles, is being pointed at what is now Crossbeam.

Pricing

Published, which is worth noting in a category where most vendors gate it behind a demo.

  • Free: no cost, up to 3 full access seats, single-partner account mapping capped at 50 records at a time, 1 offline partner
  • Connector: US$4,800 per year platform fee including 1 full access seat, additional seats US$1,800 per user per year, 5,000 record exports
  • Supernode and Enterprise: priced on application, adding sales seats at US$40 per user per month, revenue attribution, SSO and SCIM, and higher export limits

Connector is contracted annually. Paying monthly rather than annually adds a 10% surcharge. Partner connections are unlimited on every tier, including Free.
