Channel Partners Conference & Expo

Channel Partners Conference & Expo is the largest channel event in North America by attendance. The organiser reported nearly 8,000 channel professionals and more than 350 sponsors and exhibitors at the 2026 edition. The next one runs from 15 to 18 March 2027 at The Venetian in Las Vegas, with the 2028 dates already published.

What makes it different

Scale and the expo floor. This is the event where the vendor side of the channel meets partners in volume, and where a partner can compare many vendor programs in one place rather than through separate meetings. It co-locates with MSP Summit, so the managed services audience is present in the same week.

The tone is different from the alliance and ecosystem events. This is the traditional channel: resale, managed services, telecom agents and technology advisors, where partners carry their own customer relationships and often their own billing. A software company running a referral or technology partner program will find much of the agenda aimed at a different model.

Who it is for

Managed service providers, technology advisors and agents, telecom and cloud services businesses, and the vendor channel teams that recruit them. Vendors go to meet partners, and partners go to compare vendors.

Tickets

Not published for the 2027 edition at the time of this review. Registration had not opened and the site offered a notification sign-up instead.

Organiser

Informa, an events and media company, through its Channel Partners brand. It is not run by a software vendor, so no single company's products drive the agenda. The same organiser runs MSP Summit, held from 28 to 30 September 2026 in Orlando, and an MSP Summit AI Symposium on 9 December 2026 in New York.
