ASAP European Alliance Summit

The ASAP European Alliance Summit runs on 30 September and 1 October 2026 at the Royal Garden Hotel in London. The organiser describes an audience of more than 45 heads of alliances, partnerships and ecosystems from 13 countries and more than 10 industries, including pharmaceuticals, technology, energy, financial services and manufacturing.

What makes it different

The size is the point. Forty-five senior people is small enough that the format works as a discussion rather than a broadcast, and it is a deliberate choice rather than a sign of a struggling event.

Being cross-industry is the second difference, and it is unusual in this field. Most partnership events are software events. Alliance practice in pharmaceuticals, where a single partnership can run for a decade and carry regulatory obligations, is a long way from a SaaS referral program, and the value of this summit is hearing how the discipline works in those other settings. Attendance also counts for 12 professional development hours towards renewal of the association's CA-AM and CSAP certifications.

Who it is for

People who own an alliance portfolio, rather than people managing individual partner accounts. The ticket price and the seniority of the room both point the same way. Anyone looking for tooling comparisons or channel program tactics is at the wrong event.

Tickets

Published, and checked on 7 August 2026. Association members pay GBP 1,595 and non-members GBP 1,995 for bookings after 31 July 2026. Earlier bookings were GBP 1,475 and GBP 1,845. Registration is handled by Thought Leader Global, which runs the summit with the association.

The association also runs a summit in New York; the 2026 edition was held in April and a 2027 date had not been published at the time of this review.
