Partner KPIs: Establish clear performance indicators that will help in measuring the effectiveness of the partnership internally.
Tech Stack / Tools: Specify any technological tools or platforms that will be used within the program. Include software names and usage purposes.
Program Description: Provide a detailed description of what the program involves, its purpose, and how it fits into broader business strategies.
Ideal Partner Profile: Describe the ideal characteristics of partners that would best fit the program. Consider factors such as market presence, technological alignment, and business model.
Ideal Customer Profile: Define the target customer for this partnership. Detail customer industries, needs, and how the partnership offerings address these needs.
